Richard and Carole Butters’ Tipsy Paddington Skewers

Ingredients:
1/2 Lb chicken breast, cubed
1/2 Lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 Large can pineapple chunks, drained
2 Tbsp 90-proof bourbon of choice
1/2 cup orange marmalade


Preparation:
Mix marmalade and bourbon.
Brush on skewered meat and pineapple.
Grill until done
